We’ve all had that moment when, after speaking with a contractor about our plans, we’ve walked away from the conversation thinking, “That guy didn’t listen to a word I said.”
The same goes for certain home builders, too. Some home builders are set in their ways or already have an idea of what they want to build, regardless of what you actually want them to build.
But that’s not the case at John Falvella Construction Services. As a custom home builder with an in-house architect, we love collaborating with our clients and bouncing ideas back and forth. In fact, we thrive on it!
The reason for this is simple: At the end of the day, we want to build you the custom home of your dreams.
That means we will sit down with you, ask about your aesthetic and design preferences, and prioritize your top concerns before we even begin creating a blueprint for your house.
Once we believe we have a solid understanding of what you want out of your new custom home, we’ll take to our CAD software and get designing.
Our skilled and experienced architect will implement all of your ideas in a virtual blueprint, which acts as a preview of what your house will look like upon completion. We’ll have you take a look at it, give us your feedback, and suggest any desired changes.
After you give us your wholehearted approval of our home design plans, we’ll assemble the crew and commence construction.
All of this is done to ensure your genuine, top-to-bottom satisfaction with the brand-new custom home we build for you. Call us crazy, but we think this is the only way to do business.
So, if you’re in the market for a new home builder in the lower Hudson Valley, Suffolk County, or Nassau County, trust John Falvella Construction Services. Shouldn’t you go with the home builder you know will deliver a finished product you’ll love?
