The response from the contractor with quote for decking and railing removal and replacement with new composite decking material and PVC railing products was prompt and professional. The contractors crew came and removed old decking and cleared it from site the next day. The crew arrived 8 am and got right to work on adding more hardware and screws where needed on deck framing for additional structural support. The crew worked very well laying out the new Trex decking and framed it for less waste. By 7 pm the first day the entire deck was completed and clean up was performed. On second day the crew arrived at 7 am and started the layout of all the new PVC deck railing and new stair way, again all layout was performed for limited waste. The entire project went like clockwork each crewmember had a task to perform and the project was completed at 5 pm. I am very pleased with the crew and the contractor’s workmanship on my project.

The project cost was reasonable. The two carpenters Dustin Wachter(lead) and his coworker Sean Forrest are pros and did an excellent job building the deck. They are polite and easy to deal with. They showed up at work every day on time. John Falvella communicated with us very well through emails as the project was going on. I would hire John Falvella construction for a next project in our home without hesitation.

I hired John Falvella Inc. to do some work that I wanted done to my home. He and his crew were wonderful to work with from start to finish. John was on site and available to answer all of my questions. When the crew member came to install the insulation, he was professional and explained the process to me clearly and it was a seamless experience! I will be hiring John Falvella again in the future. He came in on budget, on schedule, and my home is absolutely stunning!!! My only regret is that I did not call them sooner!

John Falvella was very professional and knowledgeable. He actually saved the day for us when he gave our project immediate attention in order to meet our time frame at such a short notice.
